Adopt-A-Dancer Program

Hayiya Dance Theatre is delighted to introduce an exciting new program that will allow patrons and community members at large the opportunity make a child’s dream come true. The Adopt-A-Dancer program will help defray or eliminate the costs of a talented student’s dance education. Your contribution will directly benefit the dancer of your choice or you could chose to donate to a student most in need.

A number of our students attend classes on a full or partial scholarship. Your gift to this fund supports these local talents as well as many others by giving them the opportunity to participate in our dance and training programs. Supporters can donate funding to the general Adopt-A-Dancer Fund or sponsor a specific student with a monthly, yearly, or one-time donation. All donations are tax deductible and every penny goes directly to the dancers.

• Complimentary signed photograph and “Adoption Certificate”
• Invitations to special events to mingle with your sponsored dancer(s)
• Follow your dancer’s press clippings and reviews
• Send flowers and good luck gifts to your dancer
• Photo opportunity with your dancer after each performance
• Listing in the dancebill
• Listing on Hayiya Dance Theatre’s website
• All contributions are tax-deductible
• Letters biannually from your sponsored student giving thanks for you contribution and keeping you abreast of their progress

How much should I contribute?

You are of course welcome to sponsor your adopted dancer(s) at any amount, such as the amount necessary to cover their tuition fee, their room and board, or any part of it. Every contribution for the dancers that require adoption is important and very much appreciated. Contributions can make the difference between a dancer’s dream to be part of our workshops and actually being in one of our workshops

Hayiya Dance Theatre, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a personal acknowledgement letter from your HDT dancer to thank you for your contribution.
